Paper Flowers

....And the wedding plans have begun! Now until August 13th the fam and I are busy planning the wedding. Over the past few months I have been searching wedding blogs and came up with a cute idea for a centerpiece. My inspiration comes from these two weddings and their use of paper flowers!

We're Engaged!!!

Greetings once again (to my 3 followers),

I have some big news: I am engaged! It happened on Februray 11th (my half birthday by the way) at 8:37 p.m. (approximately). We were on our way to the Suns-Jazz basketball game and we were running a little late. As we hurried to the Delta Center (excuse me, it's actually the Energy Solutions Arena) Justin pulled me to the side and simply kneeled down and proposed! Right there in front of the KSL building! He did it spur of the moment because he had the ring in his pocket and he was afraid that the metal detectors would go off and he would have to take it out. What a funny kid! I said yes and we just laughed together (welll kind of...).  It was a pretty exciting night! We went to the game and then after we went to the Travelodge and got pictures from the kid working there. Then Justin dropped me off and I went up to my apartment. I acted like everything was normal. Justin and I decided to wait to tell everyone until the next day. The next morning I woke up pretty early, shook Carly awake and told her! It was pretty exciting! Then we just went down the line of importance: starting with Anneli, then my mom and family, roommates, and then the rest of the world. What a great weekend!
